Brief

The Upside-Down theory is a very creative idea. It will eliminate laziness in society. This schooling system will force students to become more active in studies, bringing their creative ideas into the real world. Possibly the world-changing ideas are hidden in a lazy person’s mind. This will also give the opportunity for an introverted person to share his or her ideas to the world. This process will bring fresh and innovative ideas into the world, increasing productivity and output significantly in society.

This theory will force everyone, both active and non-productive people, to give his or her moderate results. In the current system, the active and confident people do most of the work, while the unindustrious and introverted people, who may have hidden creative ideas in their minds, do the least work. This new system will equalize the productivity in society by decreasing the work done by hardworking individuals and increasing the work done by unenergetic and introverted individuals. This will increase more productivity and output in society. However, it will be a little unfair to the hard-working individuals, but will benefit most of the people and society.

Possibly the world-changing ideas are hidden in a lazy person’s mind

It is a very good idea, because the developed nations have reached a plateau in output and productivity, which requires a new method to improve society and increase productivity and output again.

There are also disadvantages to this process. It is a psychological fact that, when one is rewarded for their hard work, they will be more motivated to work harder. In addition, it would be unfair for the hard-working person to not receive the fruits of his or her hard work, and someone else is rewarded instead. However, the idea of Upside-Down is to bring more output to the society instead of to individuals.
